Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please allow 1-4 business days after orders are placed to be processed unless otherwise noted on our socials or website. During high order volume period, please allow a little extra time for fulfillment as every order is hand packed carefully with love. (orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Kentucky, USA.

All packages are shipped USPS ground advantage or UPS ground. Shipping typically takes between 2-6 business days after fulfillment to be delivered. We are not responsible for any delays with US postal or UPS. Once we drop orders off to the carrier it is sadly out of our control.*please allow & consider extra shipping time on orders placed during the holiday season*

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED. 

Any packages damaged or lost during transit are not our responsibility - you will need to file a claim with the carrier. *on occasion tracking may not update, take several days to update or get scanned wrong by carrier*

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.  If you need to change your address please do so before order is shipped - we cannot change address once package is shipped.
